James Fiore is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas, nationally certified by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards, and Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB®)—the highest credential within the massage and bodywork profession. By choosing to become Board Certified, James demonstrates advanced assessment and critical thinking abilities, adherence to the highest Standards of Practice, and a strong commitment to professional ethics and clinical excellence.

A graduate of The Academy for Massage Therapy Training, James excelled in the Advanced Mastery Program for Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, completing 300 clinical internship hours and earning Honor Graduate distinction. He is committed to continuous professional growth, pursuing advanced training in clinical therapeutic massage, recovery, and performance care to better serve athletes and active individuals.

In addition to his expertise in massage therapy, James holds a Master of Science degree from Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Graduate Studies. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Stretch & Flexibility Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), allowing him to integrate movement-based and corrective strategies into his therapeutic approach for optimal client outcomes.

James previously served as the San Antonio Regional Co-Coordinator for the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), contributing to the advancement of the profession and supporting professional standards within the massage therapy community.

His approach focuses on correcting postural and movement dysfunction through the integration of static and dynamic assessments, followed by the development of individualized therapeutic treatment plans. Each plan combines clinical sports massage soft tissue techniques with stretching and traction, muscle scraping (IASTM), cupping therapy, and kinesiology taping to deliver a fully customized session aligned with each client’s specific goals, needs, and activity demands.

With over 20 years of experience as an athlete, including running, cycling, Jiu-Jitsu, and strength training, James has a deep appreciation for the physical demands of sport and the critical role recovery plays in performance and longevity. He is a strong advocate for massage therapy as a cornerstone of athletic performance, injury prevention, and long-term movement health, helping athletes, weekend warriors, and fitness enthusiasts train smarter and recover more efficiently.

Beyond his professional work, James is a dedicated husband and father, a proud military spouse of 20 years, and a Christian at heart. When not working with clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, hiking, cycling, and staying active.

James’s mission is simple: to help individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their best—both in sport and in life.
