Asked Questions

One clinical session every month, either 60 minutes (Essential Recovery) or 90 minutes (Performance Recovery), with the same therapist. Each visit starts with a movement assessment and follows a personalized treatment plan that is updated as your body responds. Members also receive member pricing on additional services.

A package is a set number of sessions aimed at working through a specific problem. A membership is ongoing monthly care aimed at staying ahead of problems: maintaining range of motion, managing tension before it becomes a flare-up, and keeping a treatment plan current all year. Many members start on a package and move to RX+ once the acute issue is resolved.

Essential Recovery (60 minutes) suits consistent training with one or two problem areas. Performance Recovery (90 minutes) suits high training volume, competition seasons, or work across several regions of the body in one visit. If you are unsure, book a free 15-minute Discovery Call and we will recommend a starting point based on your goals and schedule.

Yes. Continuity is the reason membership works. Your therapist carries notes from session to session, tracks how your tissue and movement respond, and adjusts the plan rather than starting from scratch each visit.

Unused sessions roll over so a busy month does not cost you the session. Founding Members receive an extended rollover window. The exact rollover period will be confirmed in your membership agreement.

Yes. If your training load changes, for example heading into a competition block, you can move between the 60 and 90 minute tiers. Let us know before your next billing date and the change applies to the following month.

Yes. Members can add sessions or other services at any time and receive member pricing on them. Founding Members receive additional discounts on added services for as long as their membership stays active.

Membership is billed monthly. Any minimum term, and the notice needed to end a membership, will be set out in the membership agreement you sign at your first session.

Contact us by phone or email before your next billing date. Injury, travel and off-season pauses are handled case by case so you do not lose the progress you have built.

The Founding Member Rate is an opening-period offer for the first 25 people who join during September and October. Founding Members receive enhanced priority booking, rate protection on their membership price, an extended rollover benefit and discounts on additional services. Once 25 places are taken, or the period ends, standard membership pricing applies.

Founding Members receive enhanced priority booking as part of their offer. All members are scheduled on a recurring monthly basis, so your slot is held ahead of single-session bookings.

RX Sports Massage accepts HSA and FSA payments when accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a licensed healthcare provider. Because RX+ sessions are clinical and goal driven rather than relaxation based, they typically fall within what an LMN can cover. Speak with your plan administrator to confirm how recurring payments are handled.

No. RX+ is built for anyone who trains consistently, whether that is racing, lifting, team sport, or simply staying active and wanting to move without stiffness or recurring tension. The clinical approach is the same. What changes is the plan, which is written for your body and your goals.

Gift cards are available in a range of denominations and can be put toward a membership. Contact us and we will set it up so the recipient starts with an assessment and a plan of their own.
