PERFORM

Structured care,

Measurable Results

Packages are how we treat a specific issue properly. Each one begins with a consultation and movement assessment, follows a treatment plan written for you, and includes reassessment so progress is measured rather than guessed. Consistent sessions build on each other, which is why a package resolves what a single visit only eases.

A set block of sessions, from 3 to 12, built around one goal: resolving a specific problem. Every package starts with a consultation and movement assessment, follows a written treatment plan, and includes reassessment along the way so you can see measurable change, not just feel better for a day.

Basic (3 sessions) suits mild to moderate chronic tension or a recent flare-up. Standard (6) is the most common entry point for recurring shoulder, neck, back or hip discomfort. Pro (9) is for long-term or multi-area dysfunction and highly active clients. Elite (12) is for persistent pain, postural dysfunction or complex movement limitations. If you are unsure, book a free 15-minute Discovery Call and we will recommend a starting point.

No. Your first session is a consultation and assessment. Once your therapist understands your history, posture and range of motion, you will get a clear recommendation on how many sessions the issue is likely to need. You can purchase the package then.

Package sessions are structured around the treatment plan rather than a fixed clock, and typically run 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged if multiple regions need work in one visit.

For most therapeutic goals, weekly or every other week produces the best results because each session builds on the tissue changes from the last. Your therapist will recommend a cadence at your assessment and adjust it as you progress.

Yes. Packages are priced below the equivalent number of single-session bookings, which makes consistent care more affordable. Exact per-session savings depend on the package size.

Packages are designed to be used within a set period so the treatment plan stays effective. The exact validity period will be confirmed in your package agreement.

Yes. If your reassessment shows more work is needed, you can move up a tier and the sessions already used are credited toward the larger package.

You will have a reassessment to compare where you started against where you are now. From there, most clients either finish treatment, book a smaller maintenance package, or move onto an RX+ Membership for ongoing monthly care that keeps the results in place.

Packages are written for one person’s treatment plan, so sessions are not transferable. Gift cards are available if you want to give someone a package of their own.

RX Sports Massage accepts HSA and FSA payments when accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a licensed healthcare provider. Because packages are clinical and goal driven, they typically fall within what an LMN can cover. Spa-style or relaxation-only services are excluded.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours of notice. Refund terms for unused sessions will be set out in your package agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

No. Packages are for anyone with a specific issue they want resolved, whether that is desk-related neck and shoulder tension, a stubborn hip, or a training injury. The assessment and the plan are the same. What changes is the goal.
